Adobe customer support sucks
Had the worst experience with Adobe customer support this morning. To summarize: Called 5 times. Had my call dropped 3 times at the 20 minute mark. Repeated all my information 10 times. Customer support reps barely understood english. Adobe makes some great products. However, the post sales help is brutal.
